Mr. Keener's primary business and focus is on single family residential developments and home construction in the Dallas Fort Worth
Metroplex, as well as acquiring and developing unique properties in select emerging overseas destination markets, such as Belize.

Mr. Caruso is the visionary and founder of the The Placencia Hotel and Residences. In the last three years Marco has raised the level of building and design in Belize. He and his business partner Michael de Jong, have brought world class events to Placencia such as the Temple to Temple Bike Race and The Belize International Music Festival.
